Anil Govada is the President and CFO of UDP International and overlooks the finance and management consulting in the areas of a wide variety of businesses, both product and service based. Mr. Govada is an engineer and a seasoned business executive with management, sales & marketing, M&A experience with over 35 years of industry & management experience, including P/L responsibility. Mr Govada is hailed as a superb people manager with excellent motivational skills and is a known builder of high performance commercial teams. Mr. Govada has excellent connections and an uncanny ability to simplify complex issues so they are easy to understand, follow and implement to deliver or exceed targets with the highest level of professional and personal integrity. He has worked on a diverse range of projects across various geographical borders, cultures, ethnicities and languages and is known to be a consensus builder and very adaptive to working in complex matrix management structures ensuring work and human resource optimisation.
Previously he held a variety of high level project management, engineering and commercial jobs including setting up ALCOA's sales and marketing offices and warehouses in the Asia Pacific Region responsible for all of Asia Pacific Sales including Western USA. Mr. Govada is well respected amongst peers, colleagues, bosses, subordinates, customers and senior industry executives. He excels in sales, business and market development in both mature and new markets to deliver profitable growth and supply chain management in the Asia Pacific Region. Mr. Govada worked with several companies in China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Bahrain and Australia. His diverse range of experience and expertise aids in the overall finance operations and management at UDP International.
