Christine M. Lampert
Vice-President, Design and Architecture

Ms. Christine Lampert has over 35 years experience in Architecture, Planning and Project Management and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is licensed to practice architecture in California and Colorado with certified eligibility on the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Ms. Lampert has worked on numerous projects including residential, mixed-use, commercial, educational etc. as well as affordable housing, historic renovations and interior design projects. She was a member of the California Architects Board (CAB) for over 8 years having been appointed by the Governor of California to two terms in office and has served as President of the Board, Vice President and Secretary. She was also a Lecturer at the University of Southern California School of Architecture.
David Lang
Vice-President, Design and Construction
Mr. David Lang is a licensed architect of the California Architectural Registration with over 30 years of experience working on the real estate development side of the business, orchestrating large teams on complex projects. Mr. Lang was the Vice President of Design and Construction of Walmart Asia Realty where he was leading the design and construction for Walmart Asia’s self-developed malls and also interfacing with the landlords and their architects on projects representing Walmart as a tenant. Prior to his role in Walmart, Mr. Lang was instrumental in establishing the China market for Simon Property Group. He has extensive experience in design and construction of mixed-use, retail, and residential projects in US and Asia. He is also a regular guest speaker at the University of Southern California on the topic of 'Design and Construction in Asia’.

Ms. Apte is a landscape architect and architect with over 20 years of experience in the private sector. Her professional background has spanned in various range of projects and scales in design, project management and coordinating efforts with large teams. She has worked on several master-planning efforts and taken projects from schematic design up to completion of constructions. Ms. Apte enjoys designing with unique challenges and issues in any range of projects and finds equally unique opportunities in them. In her built work, she looks to create contemporary interpretations of the program, site and cultural bearings.

Growing up in the US and Hong Kong, Mr. Govada has developed a strong sense to work well in both Asian and Western environments. Queenie Huang is a Landscape and Urban Design Designer at UDP International. She holds double Master’s Degrees and double Bachelor’s Degrees in Design, MSc in Urban Design in the Chinese University of Hong Kong, MSc in Art Design from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), China, Bachelor in Architecture, and in Artistic Design from HUST,China. Dandan (Queenie) Huang has over 5 years practical working experience with a diverse range of scales and contexts in urban design, landscape architecture, interior design and exhibition design. She has contributed to multiple projects at UDP international such as the Smart Cultural Precinct @ Central and ongoing projects in the Philippines and India.
