This IT Park Master Plan is an award-winning and iconic master plan on a challenging site. We set the IT Park within a rich, landscaped environment, and included clear mixed-use development with a formal entry plaza that created a “sense of arrival”. The generous landscaped buffer zone to the north, south and west of the site allows for development set back from the internal and external road network. IT campus and cluster-type development featured community facilities and well-designed pedestrian spaces to improve the experience of both employees and staff. UDP International provided master planning, urban design and landscape design input for this project leading to its development.

More recently UDP International was invited by the Client to provide design review and advice during the implementation phase to see how the original intent of the master plan is retained.
